In general, our policy is NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. Exchanges are for online credit or product exchange, unless product is damaged upon arrival. In that case, rest assured that product will be replaced promptly -- at no charge to the customer, including shipping. FOR ONLINE PINA ZANGARO PORTFOLIO PURCHASES (DAMAGED)
Pina Zangaro, manufactures of exceptionally high quality portfolio covers and presentation tools, stand behind their Made in San Francisco products. If, on the rare occasion, your Pina Zangaro portfolio tools happen to be damaged upon receipt, we will happily and quickly replace any/all damaged product.
NOTIFY US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DAMAGED PRODUCT:
You must notify us by email to shop@officepdx.com - attn: Tony Secolo – no later than 3 days (or 72 hours) after receipt of product. Please note – in general, no cash refunds are given.
HOW TO EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE CREDIT:
In order to get new product and/or exchange for either store credit or a different item IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, then you must follow the procedure below in order to ensure speedy results:
1. Send an email to shop@officepdx.com letting us know about the damaged product. You may also call our toll-free number 888.355.7467 and leave us a detailed message with your phone number and email .
2. Provide us with a receipt as well as
3. Send back damaged items in original packaging (shipping costs are TBD depending upon situation)
4. We will replace your damaged product at no charge to you and/or provide you with a special online code that you can redeem for product or art within 3 months.
GENERAL TERMS + CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS + EXCHANGES
1. NO CASH REFUNDS AT ANY TIME
2. EXCHANGES of goods require that items meet all criteria: A) unused, B) undamaged C) in original packaging and D) accompany ORIGINAL RECEIPT
3.ALL SALES FINAL: sales or discounted items, art and/or vintage product (sold as-is)
4. Exchanges must be made within (7) calendar days following the original date of purchase (or first purchase), as posted on original receipt.
5. EXCHANGES good for a) store credit b) special orders (excluding shipping) for items available to us from existing brands we carry via catalog/online and/or c) exchange for other in-store goods
6. SALE PRICES are NOT RETRO-ACTIVE and cannot be applied at times/dates other than listed sale dates/times -- as posted in store and/or online.
7. SALES are based entirely at the owner’s discretion All sales will be announced, generally, day of, or on our website; we suggest signing up for our weekly newsletter.
8. ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING on NON-RUSH or NON-DATE SPECIFIC ITEMS when those items (art or goods) are either a) over $50 -- EXCLUDES furniture/fixtures
9. CUSTOMER pays for shipping when a) rush order or date specific requirement and/or items are considered by most to be heavy furniture and/or fixtures that require extra shipping/delivery, etc.
